Anica specialises in values-led innovation and risk management within complex organisations, where she emphasises delivering benefit for stakeholders.  She has particular expertise in technology risk, especially in clarifying this for non-technologists.  She is an experienced mentor.  Current roles include Vice Chair of the NICE Quality Standards Advisory Committee, membership of NIHR’s Programme Grants for Applied Research, research projects at the Universities of Oxford, Liverpool and Kent, and sitting on an advisory body to the UK Ministry of Defence.
